i dont like ppl that watch mma (ufc stuff) and think they are soo badass just from watching it... they go to jordan, they probably go to ur church, they are everywhere... maybe even in your front yard while u are taking out the garbage... lol

Parkour is a sport where the person doing the parkour (or the traceur) moves as efficiently as possible. Free running is a sport where the person running moves as efficiently or as creative as possible to a certain spot. the sports are very fun to do and very fun to watch here is a video from youtube that shows parkour.

one thing i reeeeally hate, is when people taaalk major sh*t on facebook, and make u look retarded and then when u confront them they act like nothing ever happened on facebook and walk away saying "no im good" hahahaha its funny, but u look stupid on facebook and no one sees the confrontation thats even more embarrassing to the other person hah. but still , though it may be funny, it is very annoying becaaause half of the time they can't back up what they say. say what you'll do and do what you say.
